The whole world has been simpsonized
It’s not like The Simpsons Movie needs any more mentioning. Everyone and more importantly, every company, wants to be part of their grand marketing campaign. I went to see the movie last Friday and fortunately it was as grand as its marketing campaign promises it to be. I have even downloaded the orchestral and choral version of “Spider Pig,” maybe the single greatest moment on the silver screen in history.
Burger King has teamed up with the movie and created the simpsonizer, where you can upload your photo and turn yourself into a Simpsons character. It takes some tries (a whole bunch of tries actually) and the final result is in most cases a doubtful mirror of yourself. But it’s fun anyway.
You can put your character in front of several Springfield landmarks, including a Kwik-E-Mart. I thought it would be much more fun to put your character in front of other landmarks. Could I start a trend here? Here is my Chicago album on Facebook:
