Introducing Del.icio.us
As you can see in the previous post, I have introduced del.icio.us to my blog. I had previously added the “add to del.icio.us” function, but now I am returning the favor to the service.
I think it offers a great way of providing stories and news without having to comment or write about it myself. The linked stories and events will fall into similar categories as my blog postings, keeping it in line with the new positioning. I believe it is also a great way to notify readers of upcoming events that are keeping me busy (such as Macy’s Day of Music) or events that I find particularly interesting. One thing this should not be is an easy way out of posting regular entries.
And of course, I have completed the design makeover of the blog. The picture, if you were wondering, is taken on the market square of ‘s Hertogenbosch (or Den Bosch, or The Duke’s Forest). This fine city is the capital of the Dutch province of Noord-Brabant. But I’m sure you knew that already. It’s about 20 minutes away from my hometown. Here are some more pictures.
